NUFF
Dane Dodds and Lars Kristian Overland did design, video and music production for the Nordic Youth Film Festival NUFF. The trailer is based on the holistic idea of making a film – including music – out of the parts of an old Super 8 camera. We used the deconstructed camera and started banging the parts together, rubbing them against each other and just dropping them on the floor while recording. In that way most of the sounds as well as the visuals comes from the Super 8 camera and relates - bit by bit - to what you see in the film.

The Lack of Techno Mix
The love for techno is tied to the uncompromising nature of the music. When mixed well together in a dj-set, the structural composition of two techno tracks creates an almost funky expression, repeated over and over again until the listener is transported into an addictive hypnosis of the steady beat. It is from within this hypnosis this mix is created. The Lack of Techno Mix is rather diverse, but all tracks have really big kick drums in common. A new element is never introduced to the music before another is withdrawn.
